  1.  Go to “Posts” > “Add new post” > “News”
  2. Add title e.g.Oct. 7 to Oct. 13, 2019 (abbreviate month if longer than 5 characters
  3. Go to “Author” and make sure lead author is first
  4. Go to “Publish”  and select “Edit” in “Scheduled for:  ________ Edit
  5. Enter the next Sunday’s date and time “12:00”
  6. Select “Update”
