I like Senate Bill 1138 which makes those who have sexually transmitted infections and engage in sexual behavior with another person punished with a Class 1 misdemeanor. It was previously a Class 6 felony which is not as strong of a punishment as a Class 1 misdemeanor.

I like House Bill 1807 because it updates the provisions of the Code of Virginia and makes it more consistent to address insolvencies for those who are part of the Virginia Life, Accident, and Sickness Insurance Guaranty Association.
